We can offer a bespoke fixed fee family service. At the start of your case, we will agree a fixed fee structure with you, tailored to the individual circumstances of your case and offering you certainty of what your costs are going to be.

Most cases do not proceed to Court, and we can offer fixed fee packages which include negotiations and drafting of Consent Orders.

Bespoke fixed fees can be offered for Financial proceedings in certain cases.

Children Act applications:

Bespoke fixed fees can be offered for Children Act proceedings in many cases.

In the event that a fixed fee cannot be offered for your case, we offer a very competitive hourly rate of £215.00 per hour.

The above fees attract VAT at the rate of 20%.
